Vaccine announcement for people from other countries living in Hydra

ANNOUNCEMENT

According to the new regulations (article 97 N.4796/2021) individuals who do not have an A.M.K.A. or Provisional Insurance and Health Care Number (PAAYPA) can apply for it at emvolio.gov.gr, exclusively for the purposes of the COVID-19 Vaccination, the Vaccination Certificate, obtaining self-test kits and registering their results. The A.M.K.A. numbers are personal and cannot be used by other individuals.
Individuals who do not have a VAT number (Α.Φ.Μ) or  a Greek ID, and only then, can make an appointment with KEP (22983 20260) to apply for an AMKA number, providing one of the following documents: 1. Special Identity Homogeneous Card, 2. Birth Certificate, 3. Passport, 4. Temporary or Permanent Residence Permit, 5. Short stay Visa (Tourism Visa), 6. Other identification document.
